Hey y'all

What's up with you these days? Not much new with me, but I am curious and wanted to update this here journal. I'm still looking for a good job in this awful economy, and I suppose wanting an ART job is as crazy as wanting an three figure income these days. BUT I WILL FIND ONE! I know a lot of you are facing the same odds, so here is to us doing our best!
That brings me to commissions: if you are curious, I am still more than happy to take any you can throw at me. Even a simple $7.95 3 month subscription. I so want my sub status back. But money is hecka tight. Are you swimming against the money tide too? That's why I was thinking of a little offer that might seem too good to pass up... Throwing some ideas out there:

How do you feel about naming your own price for a commission?

Say, you throw out a price you are comfortable paying and a description of what you want, and I do some awesome work for you equivalent to/fair for that amount?

What about buying pre-made art and fanart?

Any excuse to draw some fun traditional art stuff is good enough, right? And finally,

how about "winning" a super cheap commission by being the first to comment in my journal on set days?

Would that be enticing or just silly? So yeah... just throwing ideas out there. I will be continuing my part of work with ~xasillisax on our manga in progress, so you will probably see more teasers of that soon. I also got an art trade with ~Mahsa that is almost finished, and some overdue fanart for ~vengefulkiwi the awesome. And I will finish the really late presents for ~The-Random-One even if they kill me!

I draw for cheap prices, too (usually $35 for each drawing, depending on what it is)! I can do color, B & W, digital, and any kind of fanart, including fan characters. I even send the art to you through the mail if you pay for postage (varies on place, usually about $6 in the States). I happily accept Paypal, money order, and cash
