I have a quick question for all of you! What Cardcaptor Sakura outfit do you like the most or feel is the most popular?
I noticed these few pop up a lot:

- 2nd movie dress [link]

It's really hard to choose even though I have my own favorite... She has too many good designs. I am going to do an epic fanart and I would love your input! Thanks!

Lots of good things are happening for me lately and I am really thankful - I got a new job outside of artwork and I am really enjoying it. I also am happily getting ready for Anime Expo 2012 for the summer!

*xasillisax and I are going to have a table for the first time and we will be selling all kinds of wonderful art! We will be selling prints, fan art goodies, and spot commissions. If you happen to be going, I hope you come visit us and say hi!

We also plan to cosplay! I am attempting to assemble stuff for at least three costumes since we will be there all four days. Here are the characters I want to be:
Cirucci Thunderwitch (Arrancar 105 that fights Ishida) from Bleach
"Sa-chan" Sarutobi Ayame the ninja from Gintama
Poppo (fem version) from Anohana
I'm nervous about dressing up for various reasons, but I intend to do my best with the costumes.

I hope to run into some other Arrancars and a Gintoki or two! It'd be really neat if I met a Kagura or Tsukuyo because they are my favorite Gintama characters. My group of friends also intends to copslay as Menma, Tsuruko, and Anaru, so hopefully some passersby will recognize us!

Sort of related, I'm really sad that it seems both the Bleach and Gintama animes are ending. I watched the last episodes already on Crunchyroll.com... It's hard to say goodbye, even if the stories are not really over. I will have to start investing in the mangas again.

Also, all the Moonies are making a big deal about Sailor Moon's 20th anniversary. It's amazing that it's been around for so long, huh? Changed so many lives, mine included. I really hope that the art books follow the republishing of the manga volumes. I happily bought the first of Moon and also Sailor V because I had never read them. Their great quality really surprised me. I would definitely buy all the art books if they were republished. It's almost impossible to get my hands any used copy or even bootleg of them. I excitedly got my copy of the republished Vampire Knight art book a few months ago and it's so gorgeous. I am so happy Viz decided to publish it!

As for the title, I am so glad that spring is here (at least it is in the northern hemisphere). It's my favorite season to be alive. The weather is beautiful and the days are longer. I am so done with the cold, too.

And finally, I am nearing 50,000 pageviews after nearly 8 years here on dA! Craziness! I've experienced and learned so much from being here and I thank you all for your kindness! If I can work fast enough, there will hopefully be a "thank you" sort of image to celebrate. If not, maybe a kiriban or journal drawing/voting.
