Princess Kakyuu of Sailor Moon Sailor Stars is one of my favorite manga/anime characters. This is her as a Sailor, which is only in the manga. 
I love Takeuchi's costume designs! Very pretty I drew this to enter into the 
's first contest. And, I realized I had never drawn Kakyuu as a Sailor. The flowers and cards are her powers, so I drew them. I touched the colors up a bit on the computer because crayolas don't like burnishing much...
Kakyuu and Sailor Moon belongs to Naoko Takeuchi and other companies.
